My experience with Fonewallah has been terrible.
I ordered an Apple iPhone 6s Plus – Refurbished (Silver, 128GB, Excellent condition), but instead, I received a different phone that doesn’t even switch on. To make things worse, I have emailed them multiple times and never received a single reply.
This shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Their “return/refund policy” on the website is meaningless if they don’t even acknowledge complaints.
⚠️ Warning to others: Avoid buying from this website — it feels like a scam. I am now escalating my case with the National Consumer Helpline and Consumer Forum to seek a refund.
