At Fonewallah, we’re committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and transparently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation message with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹200 per order.
This charge is separate from any Cash on Delivery (COD) advance.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeline is 4 to 7 business days after order processing. Delivery time may vary depending on:

Product availability
Shipping location
Courier partner availability
Regional or national holidays

Please note: Most courier partners do not operate on Sundays or public holidays.

Important Note for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To avoid unnecessary returns, all COD orders require a mandatory advance payment of ₹100–₹200 per product.

The exact advance amount (especially for mobile phones) is mentioned on the product page.
The advance amount is not deducted from the order total.
After placing a COD order, our team will contact you to confirm your shipping address and share payment details.
Payment can be made via Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, or any UPI method.

Orders without advance confirmation will not be shipped.
