How to Claim Your Warranty

If you need to use your warranty, follow these simple steps:

    • Fill out our Online Warranty Claim Form.
    • Include a detailed description of the issue, along with photos or videos if possible.
    • Attach proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
  2. Claim Review & Response

    • Our team will review your request and confirm if the issue is covered under warranty.
    • If approved, we will provide instructions on the next steps.
  3. Resolution Options

    • Depending on product availability and the nature of the defect, we will offer one of the following:
      • Repair: If the issue is fixable, we will repair the product.
      • Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will replace it with the same or a similar model.
      • Store Credit: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we may issue store credit for a future purchase.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the product.
  • In some cases, the customer may need to cover the shipping cost, which will be communicated in advance.

Voiding of Warranty

Your warranty will be void if:

  • The product has been opened, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized technician.
  • The device is found to have software modifications or custom ROMs installed.
  • The damage results from misuse, neglect, or external causes beyond our control.
